With the FFmpeg multimedia library the raw performance with the Core Ultra 7 155H was great while again the Core i7 1065G7 Ice Lake within the Dell XPS laptop was actually delivering the best performance-per-Watt of the tested hardware on this Ubuntu 23.10 + Linux 6.7 stack.

For CPU-based AV1 video encoding with Intel's SVT-AV1, Meteor Lake was looking good both in terms of raw performance and leading performance-per-Watt.
