A Fix Is Pending For That Linux 5.15 Performance Regression

No surprise now, but the Ryzen 9 5950X also recovered with this patch. (The Linux testing here compared to 5.13 stable due to 5.14 failing to boot on this system due to a seg fault.)

Similar tests on other Intel and AMD systems also jived with these findings that this patch does indeed correct the Linux 5.15 performance regression. As of now the patch is on the mailing list but will hopefully see the mainline kernel in the coming days.
