One of the games where the Ryzen 9 3900XT was coming out the best over the i9-10900K was Strange Brigade, which runs on Linux via Steam Play.

Over a mix of OpenGL and Vulkan games, some native to Linux and other Windows games running on Linux via Steam Play / Proton+DXVK, the Core i9 10900K was tending to have the upperhand in a number of these titles at 1080p and 1440p. But it's not all that surprising with the i9-10900K having a max turbo frequency of 5.3GHz compared to 4.7GHz with the Ryzen 9 3900XT. Additionally, on Linux we tend to find not many Linux games to be well threaded/optimized.
