Counter-Strike: Global Offensive benchmark with settings of Resolution: 1280 x 800, Renderer: Vulkan. ROG Ally - Performance was the fastest.

First up was Counter-Strike: Global Offensive running on these handhelds with the Vulkan renderer. The Steam Deck managed to run at around 109 FPS for this first person shooter game at the native 1280 x 800 resolution. The ROG Ally meanwhile managed to run at around 134 FPS out-of-the-box or up to a 146 FPS average when running with the "performance" ACPI Platform Profile. So around 23% faster for CS:GO out-of-the-box with the ROG Ally powered by the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme.

With high quality settings at 1280 x 800, the ROG Ally was slightly faster than the Steam Deck or much more so with the performance profile. The Steam Deck though was delivering much better performance-per-Watt.
