Intel 5th Gen Xeon "Emerald Rapids" AVX-512 Performance

AVX-512 with Emerald Rapids was performing very well across the many different workloads I've been benchmarking. The thermal impact was small and the CPU power consumption increase tended to be minimal to small and worthwhile for driving up the overall power efficiency.

AVX-512 on Emerald Rapids was very useful for the Y-Cruncher Pi program.

Simply put, AVX-512 was working out very well with Intel 5th Gen Xeon Scalable "Emerald Rapids" processors.
