Linux 5.19 Looking Real Good On The HP Dev One, XanMod + Liquorix Also Tested

A nice bump to the futex and semaphores micro-benchmark from Stress-NG with Linux 5.19.

XanMod was performing well with the socket and context switching kernel benchmarks.

Liquorix did show a lower context switching time over the other kernel versions with ctx-clock.

Surprisingly Linux 5.19 was showing a nice performance boost as well in the PHP performance, which would likely only be due to power management improvements in the new kernel... I'll be running more Linux 5.19 benchmarks on some similar systems soon to explore some of these performance improvements.
